I had my first reiki session 6 month ago with Corina.
Beyond the relaxing effect I believe it has helped me reach a certain balance.
During the time Corina practices the reiki on me, my body is asleep and my mind sits somewhere between consciousness and dreamland. I can fall asleep and be aware in the same time. It ‘s a unique feeling and this is the sensation I’m looking for at every session. I could clearly feel a few waves of energies going through my body from my toes to my head. Sometimes, as the wave hits my mouth, I get influx of saliva which when I swallow remind me clearly of the wave slipping back in the ocean after it spread on the sand. I acknowledge my body and recognize the sensation but I am asleep. I know it may sound strange but that ‘s how it feels. As for the rest I cannot describe and I don’t know why it makes me feel good.
