As required under the Australian Consumer Law this is an overview of our T&C under which we conduct business, including our refund policies.
Please take the time to read these terms and conditions which apply to both products and services provided by Melody Bass T/A Transformational Life Coaching.
By using this website and/or engaging in any business transaction with Melody Bass T/A Transformational Life Coaching you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Please make sure you agree with these terms and conditions, before placing your order and payment.
This business aims to comply with Australian Consumer Law.
Here we discuss our refund policy with regards to full payments and deposits and details of our guarantee and/or warranty to you.

Refunds
All refund requests need to be made within a limited time period of 72 hours of payment (excluding Sundays).
After 72 hours Melody Bass T/A Transformational Life Coaching does not provide refunds (except in exceptional circumstances at the full discretion of Melody Bass T/A Transformational Life Coaching)
First, there will be a reasonable opportunity to remedy any issues, however, clearly, refunds will not be given simply if the customer simply has just changed their mind.

Deposits
All deposits are seen as a statement of good faith with a commitment to continue with full payment of the product or service.
All deposit refund requests need to be made within a limited time period of 72 hours of payment (excluding Sundays).
After 72 hours that an order has been submitted and payment has been made, all deposits are considered to be as non-refundable.

Guarantee and/or Warranty
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law in some circumstances where we explicitly offer a guarantee and/or warranty on a product or service, we reserve the right to attempt to remedy any issue at hand firstly, before otherwise offering a full refund of any payment depending on each circumstance.

Definitions
Services mean Life-Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Sound Healing and other similar modalities as well as seminars, retreats, courses and so on.
Products are such as MPS’s, E-Books, On-line courses, etc. as offered by Melody Bass T/A Transformational Life Coaching.

Agents, etc.
From time to time we may also engage promoters, partners, affiliates or agents, etc.
Melody Bass T/A Transformational Life Coaching cannot be held accountable or responsible for the conduct of any of these external agents.

Disputes
It’s intended that these terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
Any disputes concerning this website: product or services are first to be addressed to Melody Bass T/A Transformational Life Coaching.

Privacy Policy
Melody Bass considers that it’s important to help our customers retain their privacy. We believe your business belongs to no-one else. So we’ll do our best to protect the information you share with us, in accordance with acknowledged worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection. We won’t sell or give away your name, mail address, phone number, email address, credit card number or any other information to anyone. We’ll use state-of-the-art security measures to protect your information from unauthorized users.

Please Note:
All offers or quotes expire after 3 days (72 hrs)
All communication and correspondence are withdrawn and becomes null and void and have no legal force after 3 weeks (21 days).
All agreements and contracts expire, become null and void and have no legal force after 1 year (12 calendar months)

Melody Bass reserves the right to charge fees for any unsolicited correspondence at $100 per hour or part thereof.
Melody Bass reserves the right to charge storage and handling fees for any item at $100 per day or part thereof.

If Melody Bass attempts to make communication but it is not received with a receipt of acknowledgment within 3 days, then the issue at hand, at the discretion of Melody Bass becomes null and void and has ceased any legal force or effect.
Any of the above may only be overridden solely at the discretion of Melody Bass.
